Manual Screw Jack Plate and Frame Filter Press adopts screw jack as the pressing device. It features simple structure, easy operation, no power supply required and cost-effective performance. It is generally applicable to plate and frame filter presses with a filtration area ranging from 1 to 40 m². The equipment relies on manual mechanical pressing to realize tight sealing of filter plates, without the need for a hydraulic system. It requires minimal maintenance and low operating cost, making it an economical ideal choice for solid-liquid separation, slurry filtration and sludge dewatering in medium and small working conditions.
