Description

Our heavy duty hidden brackets, utilizing an engineered thru-bolt, are perfect for floating shelves where you can mount directly to wall structure. This listing is for one (1) bracket. These are made from 1.25″ high by 3.5″ wide American steel plate (~1/8″ thick) GMAW / mig welded to 1/2″ round steel tube, 6″ long. THE BOLT IS INCLUDED!

Although the default post length is 6″ with this design, posts can be extended to 8″ and would then utilize a 10″ TimberLOK bolt (additional $2 fee applies, please inquire).

These hidden brackets are very strong when mounted into structure. Each bracket can hold up to 30 pounds, so a pair is good for 60 pounds! Three to four foot long shelves would typically use just two brackets. Feel free to contact us with any customization requests or installation questions 🙂

Brief mounting instructions:
(1) Drill 9/16″ holes into the item you wish to mount taking care to place them where your wall structure is located.
(2) Slide brackets into the holes. Mark the wall with the brackets inside the holes.
(3) Remove the shelf, hold each bracket against the wall and bolt in (using the TimberLOK bolts into studs).
(3a) OPTIONAL: You may wish to use a 1/8″ drill to pre-drill into the studs.
